Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive in 2–5 business days, depending on your location. We deliver across Pakistan.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is Rs 200. It is free on orders of Rs 2,000 or more.

Can I pay when my order arrives?
Yes. You can pay in cash when your order arrives.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return a product?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original condition. Used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

What if my order is damaged or wrong?
Exchanges are available for defective, damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
