Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with RizCure. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original condition.

  • Used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

  • Processed after inspection of returned items.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (bank processing may add 1–2 days).

  • Store credit via RizCure Vouchers is also available for faster resolution.

Non-Eligible Refunds

  • Used/opened products.

  • Returns requested after 7 days.

  • Discounted or promotional items.

  • Claims without valid proof (photo/video evidence).

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, RizCure may decline returns or refunds in cases of frequent claims, false damage reports, or tampered packaging.
