Returns

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original condition.

Used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Customers cover return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds

Processed after inspection of returned items.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (bank processing may add 1–2 days).

Store credit via RizCure Vouchers is also available for faster resolution.
Non-Eligible Refunds

Used/opened products.

Returns requested after 7 days.

Discounted or promotional items.

Claims without valid proof (photo/video evidence).
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers, RizCure may decline returns or refunds in cases of frequent claims, false damage reports, or tampered packaging.
